About Wills Without Pain
Wills Without Pain was created - and is regularly enlarged, refined and revised (and corrected) - by Robert Liebman, a London-based personal finance and property journalist. He also takes most of the photographs posted on this site.
Wills Without Pain provides an overview of the legal and financial aspects of wills and inheritance. It highlights developments in law, tax and social trends, and the author regularly adds information, insights and new case studies, and revises old ones as new information becomes available.
Robert's articles have appeared in PCA - Private Client Adviser, the Financial Times, Daily and Sunday Telegraph, Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday, the Times and Sunday Times and other national and regional newspapers and magazines.

Robert also handles technical aspects of the site using Dreamweaver. London-based designer David Linnette helped with other aspects of the design and page layout (http://www.holmeslinnette.com).
Robert is not connected to any will-writing service, financial planning company, or other organisation or institution connected with wills or inheritance tax planning.
The information in this site applies only to England and Wales.
